In this case, the classic Chianti Classico from Italy will do very well. He's moderately Corsé et fruité ! You can also opt for a Beaujolais Cru (France) under the lozenge Souple et fruité. Vous désirez trouver une option originale ? Essayez un Lambrusco...red or rosé Italian sparkling wine. Its great asset: it is dry. In the glass, its nose recalls the bouquet of a red wine with its raspberry and cherry aromas.
