In the days of New France, the port of Saint-Maxime-du-Mont-Louis was one of the most important fish processing stations in the Gaspé. Carried by this tradition of workers of the sea several hundred years old, the kitchens of Saint-Maxime (Cusimer) has been offering a wide selection of high quality groundfish for over 20 years.
