Certified HACCP
Haccp certification (hazard analysis and critical control points) is a systematic and preventive method of ensuring food safety. This system of analysis is recommended by the Codex Alimentarius Commission, the United Nations International Organization for Standardization for food safety.
This certification controls feeding, prohibits the use of antibiotics or hormones and takes into account the breeding conditions to ensure the welfare of the animals, including the available space and resting places.
