Smoked meat salad in a jar
Ingredients:
- 1 tasse de pâtes crues au choix (macaroni, penne…)
- 3 tbsp. canola oil
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
- Freshly ground salt and pepper
- ½ cup chopped kale
- ½ cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 2 paquets (250 g chacun) de smoked meat, haché grossièrement
- 2 tbsp. dill pickle, chopped
- ½ cup Swiss cheese, grated
How to proceed:
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook pasta according to package directions.
- In a bowl, add canola oil, mustard, maple syrup, salt and pepper. Add cabbage and mix well. Divide the mixture between 2 500 ml jars.
- Ajouter les tomates, les pâtes, le smoked meat, les cornichons et terminer par le fromage.
- Mix the salad well before the meal.
