Smoked meat salad in a jar
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of raw pasta of your choice (macaroni, penne, etc.)
- 3 tbsp. canola oil
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
- Freshly ground salt and pepper
- ½ cup chopped kale
- ½ cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 2 packages (250g each) smoked meat, coarsely chopped
- 2 tbsp. dill pickle, chopped
- ½ cup Swiss cheese, grated
MARCHE À SUIVRE :
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook pasta according to package directions.
- In a bowl, add canola oil, mustard, maple syrup, salt and pepper. Add cabbage and mix well. Divide the mixture between 2 500 ml jars.
- Add the tomatoes, pasta, smoked meat, pickles and finish with the cheese.
- Mix the salad well before the meal.
