Cheese and chorizo muffins
Ingredients:
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 3 eggs
- ¼ cup of olive oil
- ¼ cup of milk
- 100 g fromage cheddar fort coupé en petits dés
- 2 c. à soupe de ciboulette fraîche hachée finement
- 90 g chopped pork sausage with chorizo
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to proceed:
- Préchauffer le four à 375 F.
- In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and baking soda.
- In a separate bowl, combine the eggs, olive oil and milk.
- Stir the dry mixture into the liquid mixture. Add remaining ingredients.
- Put the cups into muffin tins, add the mixture and bake for 25 minutes.
