Beef (or veal) stir-fry on vegetables with chorizo
Ingredients:
450 g (1 lb) of either :
Beef strips OR beef cubes OR cubes of milk-fed veal
Marinade :
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
Légumes :
- 90 g dried chorizo cheese, coarsely chopped
- 1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
- 2 cups small bouquets of broccoli
- 1 onion, minced
- Freshly ground salt and pepper
How to proceed:
- In an airtight container, combine the beef with all the marinade ingredients. Marinate for two hours or overnight.
- In a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef for 10 minutes on all sides. Book.
- Dans le même poêlon à feu moyen-élevé, rôtir le chorizo pendant 1 minute. Ajouter les légumes et cuire pendant 5 minutes.
- Déposer les légumes dans une assiette, ajouter le bœuf et servir.
