Dinner Cocktail | Appetizer Dumplings
Ingredients:
- 450 g de porc haché Nagano
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tbsp. SJB BBQ Red Caramel sauce, thickened
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- Freshly ground salt and pepper
Pour la sauce :
How to proceed:
- Préchauffer le four à 400 F.
- Dans un bol, mélanger le porc, les oignons verts, les noix, la sauce caramel rouge, la chapelure de pain, le sel et le poivre.
- Form small balls the size of a tablespoon.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes or until meat is cooked through.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients and set aside.
- Serve the meatballs on spikes with a generous portion of sauce.
