Thick red caramel sauce
The Thick red caramel sauce offers a pronounced molasses taste that finishes with a slightly spicy note at the end. Molasses, apple sauce, honey, Worcestershire sauce and mustard are among the ingredients that give it all its flavour.
When added to mid-cooking over low heat, it gently caramelizes the meat and gives it a beautiful reddish color.
